Gluing inwale and other stiffeners to hull panels. Recesses routed on outside of hull panels and transom to accommodate thickness of epoxy/glass for a flush finish.

Cradle set up with keel strake located. Starboard hullpanel placed in cradle and copper ties inserted, tying chine together.

Both hull halves in cradle, spread open, ready to wire to keel strake. Sheetmetal strip inserted at stem to assist alignment.

Note hold-down using two clamps inserted into large holes drilled in cradle arms, exerting downward pressure onto gunnel via scrap lumber beam. Note also: saw-cuts in longitudinal seat-top cleat. This cleat makes topside too stiff to bend easily, but is still easiest glued on while panel is flat. Hold down arrangment at forepeak bulkhead position.
