Staples through webbing, masking tape over the slitted area held the ends in place. Close up view from below.

The transom PVC installation as for bow transom. Note that the dinghy has been turned around - it was easiest to work on this end of the table. The dinghy folded up for the first time after PVC installation.

Close up view of transom PVC. This will be folded to the inside when in use. Close up view of bow transom PVC. This did not lend itself to folding to the inside. Note the bow transom template made to fit the as built shape.

Transom reinforcing at the top edge being glued on. Further reinforcing strips were glued to the other edges.

Bow transom likewise. These strips are angled out to follow the shape of the hull.
